Unmaking Modern Foreign Policy

One might not suspect that the sociology of knowledge has much to do with foreign policy, or how government works, but it does. Except that it takes somebody quite brilliant, learned, experienced, and reasonably idealistic to understand the connections. For an intense tutorial in policy failures (and hints for success), I turned again to Roger Morris. It was very kind of Roger to take the time and I always enjoy his company.
