A Single Minded Interlocutor

The North Koreans don't want a war. It's not entirely clear whether Washington feels the same way. Following Pyongyang's second test of a nuclear device, and new missiles, rhetoric from both sides is reaching dangerous levels. To get some perspective on what's happening I turned once again to Dr. Bruce Cumings, perhaps the top U.S. expert on Korea, certainly one of the most sensible. It's always great to talk with Bruce and to get a reassuring dose of sanity. Total runtime one hour. Don't be fooled again!
