Keep On Keeping On

Here's an optimistic look at nuclear nonproliferation. Dr. Jeffrey Lewis, the eponymous Arms Control Wonk, believes the stage is set for significant progress, and what he's saying makes sense to me. I sure hope he's right, and I hope the new Obama administration seizes the opportunity for some relatively easy deals. It was great to talk with Jeffrey and I hope I can tap his expertise again.
