Forensic Science 101

Even the choice of the day — 9/11 — is not something that a real Muslim terrorist would do. More likely, it seems to me, it's evidence of a western mind at work branding a nightmarish new ad campaign. And although the farther in time we get from 9/11 the easier it may be to sift through technical facts, to me it still causes extreme discomfort to acknowledge the cloud of evil, the profound treachery, directed by high American officials. Indeed, I suspect that in the long run public acceptance of an alternative narrative will hinge less on empirical analysis than on a plausible political explanation. To learn about the progress the 9/11 truth movement is making I turned once again to Dr. David Ray Griffin, whose most recent book is The New Pearl Harbor Revisited: 9/11, the Cover-Up, and the Exposé. It was great to talk with David — I have the utmost respect for his leadership on these vexing questions and for both the quality of his work and his phenomenally prodigious output. Please think critically. Total runtime an hour and nine minutes.

Thank you SO MUCH for having Dr. Griffin on your program. It is your open-mindedness and fairness on difficult subjects like the persistent questions of 9/11 that continues to make Electric Politics one of the most essential sources of alternative news online today. One day, when the full accounting of the events of 9/11 are known, Dr. Griffin will be rightly considered one of the most heroic figures of our day.

Loose Change and Zero are indeed great docs, to which I would add one called Missing Links. I link to free streams to all three at my blog.

Why would brilliant scientists at NIST trash their own reputations forever by signing their names to obvious lies? Wouldn't changing employers be more desirable?

Excellent interview, George. Dr. Griffin recently emailed and let me know he is coming to Japan near the end of October and will speak in several cities as part of the 2nd 911 truth International Conference. Holy sh*t! It's you isn't it, from the Dutch documentary (Tegenlicht) about Milosevic "Glosses At A Trial". You know, that's by chance the best documentary I've ever seen. It must surely be you considering your biographical profile. Anyways, leave it up to Dutch public television, notably VPRO broadcasting, to deliver excellent in-depth documentaries. They're considered a national treasure here, watched and appreciated by both left- and right wing. (For as long as it still lasts ofcourse, in the current (p)repressive climate.)

The irony is, first I've listened to your complete interview with David Ray Griffin, only to find out afterwards from your picture in the FAQ section that I've already seen and heard you before. I hope I'm not mistaken you for somebody else, but I find that somewhat unlikely.
